                                              Mining Water Tower 

 

Added to the original photo are several textures, images and brushes to enhance the photo after basic work has been completed in Lightroom and PS2015.  The original color photo was taken in Nelson's Landing.  This photo-opp location has also been the site of making  movies and documentories.  The present day mine located on this site is a working gold mine which  give tours.

                               Kansas City Railroad Building Reflection  

 

A wonderful place to do a reflective photo of the vintage Kansas City Railroad Station is this glass building. I always do my beginning workflow in Lightroom. then take to PSCC2015 to do the black and white adjustments.  Using an  50% neutral gray layer is a wonderful dodge and burn adjustment creating a strong contrast.

 

                                               The Fireplace Within

 

This is another base photo from the photo-opp locations at Nelson's landing near Las Vegas.  I was able to change the photo by enhancing with layers and masks but most importantly by using a special dodge and burn method.
